Are you concerned about your child‘s behavior, attitude or emotional state? If so, you might be interested in seeking support. A good place to start is by speaking with your child‘s pediatrician, school counselor or nurse. However, we would also like to provide you with a list of trusted local health and safety resources. If your child needs support, especially over the summer when school personnel are not available, local agencies provide a great deal of expertise.
If you struggle with anxiety, we encourage you to check out Anxiety BC Youth Resources. This site offers teens recommendations for managing the anxiety that can accompany day-to-day activities.
